At Jansport, Eastpak, & Kipling we aim to give you the best possible product with excellent service. If your bag is damaged or faulty, please submit a repair request here.

​How to request a repair

Before starting your request, locate your Product ID and Production Date on the label inside your bag. You can refer to the images below. To submit your repair, please follow the ""Request a Repair"" button to start your repair request. Fill out all the fields, and add any pictures that will assist us in reviewing your request.
